Boone's employees regularly attend classes, seminars and conventions all over the country to bring the latest technology home to Montgomery County. Most technicians hold certifications by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification), including a Master Cleaning and Restoration Technician status. Also on staff are a Certified Water Loss Specialist, a Certified Restoration Technician, and a Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor with the Texas Department of State Health Services (MRC0223).

Boone's Restoration Technologies is also a certified firm of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. Brian Boone has served the industry as President of the Houston Carpet Cleaners Association, is currently Vice-President of the Professional Cleaning and Restoration Alliance and is currently on the Board of Director’s of the Connections Events, Inc. which puts on the largest annual education symposium and trade show in the industry.
