My Dad's house was flooded with a foot of water due to Harvey. I called Boone's on 8/28, and we were placed on the list for an estimate. That happened within a few days. Within a few weeks, the house had been fully demoed, treated and dried, and ready for the remodel. With all the widespread damage, their response time was appreciated by us. The crews really cared about the house and the work they were doing.

We knew that Boone's Restoration was good at mold remediation and water damage, but we didn't know they also handle carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. When I hired them to clean our carpet, their workers showed up on time, and handled this job very professionally and courteously. While walking through the area they needed to clean, they pointed out what would come out and what would not. They also were willing to move the furniture. After they finished their work, the result exceeded my expectation (my stairway turned from grey to white). All in all, we are very satisfied with their work and will highly recommend their service to our friends and neighbors.

We used Boone's to have our carpets and tile cleaned prior to listing our home for sale. They did an amazing job (over 3,000 SF), and no spot was left untouched. They made the tile, grout, and carpet look new again. Nicholas was professional, and I was very pleased with their work.
